Worst Samsung Galaxy I've ever owned half of the apps don't know what they do. Then some of them are not compatible with this device. Once it did not one but two upgrades on January 10th ish? I have been on the phone with my provider for the entire month of December going into january. First it was over the bill now it's over the quality the gigabyte. The slowest phone. I actually have a 4-year-old Galaxy which was my first metro phone Halloween 2020 it was a year old when I activated it and it still works better than the device I'm on now. Text don't always send and they notify you an hour later it didn't go through. When I'm outside it says no connection and no bars so it's only when I'm around Wi-Fi but I'm actually connected. So as long as I have this device I'll be stuck in the house
- None
- Doesn't connect to my Samsung devices. To upgrades and now to Samsung apps are no longer compatible with the device I just activated January 2nd. How old is this thing? I'm supposed to be paying off for 24 months it's a POS I have one from 3.5 years ago that works way better
- Delayed texts, some not sent & notification 1hr later to resend
- Settings not saving keyboard completely different and it's still an Android. Not my first Galaxy definitely my last
